ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provides employee coaching and development under direction of the Assistant Director, Nelson Farms.
• Provides direct supervision of production staff.
• Trains employees on equipment, work place safety, production methods and quality control.
• Maintain professional standards with clients, staff and management.
• Responsible for following correct production procedures and making accurate measurements.
• Maintains accurate and efficient files and records for production use (production sheets, temperature and pH records, accident reports, etc.).
• Promotes a positive attitude and work environment.
• Establishes high quality standards and leads by example.
• Ensures confidentiality of clients, products, and confidential information.
• Manages production priorities.
• Runs and works a flexible schedule to complete production.
• Maintains cleanliness of production areas, equipment, freezers, coolers and storage areas in accordance to specified Nelson Farms standards and procedures.
• Performs other duties as directed by the production coordinator.

EDUCATION:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong managerial skills.
• Experience in food related field preferred.
• Possesses the ability to plan ahead and prepare an action plan to achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills

Computer Specialist-Part-time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assists in computer setups including support for all peripheral equipment.
• Assists the Senior Computer Manager in data systems analysis and implementation. Helps coordinate computer needs within the Corporation including the Dining Services, Campus Stores, ID Card and other MAC areas as applies.
• With direction from the Senior Computer Manager, assists in the implementation of the Corporation's data processing and management information systems as well as the development and design of computer programs that will enhance the level of services to the campus community.
• Support the Laptop University program as directed by the Senior Computer Manager.
• Assumes other projects or assignments as determined by the Senior Computer Manger

EDUCATION:
Knowledge of various office management systems, data processing and other closely related microcomputer support functions including microcomputer troubleshooting and maintenance experience. A+ certification and 2 year college degree preferred.
