Part-Time Benefits
Retirement Plan:
If your hours worked are more than 800 with in the fiscal year MAC will contribute 7% of your base annual salary to TIAA-CREF. This contribution is made by MAC at no cost to the employee.
Medical Insurance:
Excellus BlueCross BlueShield - Single: $360.25, Family: $917.87
Mac covers 50% of employee's coverage. Your cost would be $87.75 biweekly for single coverage.
Provider Directory - must use participating physicians only for 100% coverage.
$5/$25/$35 prescription card
PTO (Paid-Time-Off):
.04 Hours Worked in Pay Period (Up to 80 hours worked and does not include OT). PTO hours are eligible to use after 30 days of employment with MAC.
Austin Sawyer Scholarship:
For a freshman who is the child, step child or spouse of a full time or part time MAC employee
Credit Union:
MAC is a member of the AmeriCU Federal Credit Union and the Mohawk Valley Federal Credit Union of Utica. Contact Payroll/Benefits Office for further information.
Jury Duty:
MAC will pay employee for the full day.
Direct Deposit:
Available with any bank - authorization forms available upon request, up to 3 accounts.
Fitness Room:
Available for unlimited use to all MAC employees for a $60.00 charge per semester.
