Morrisville Commons II

Fall '09 Room Selection is now available for MAC's newest complex, Commons II - a 228-bed facility featuring 57 apartment-style suites with modern furnishings and brand new appliances, including flat-top stoves and extra large showers.

Cost (Fall 2009 / Spring 2010)

Morrisville Commons II Single: $3750 per semester

Residents of Commons I & II have the option to choose a commuter meal plan instead of the required meal plan for dorms.

Residence hall with required meal plan: $4455 - $5235
