Morrisville Commons

Morrisville Commons I & II feature apartment-style suites on the edge of campus. Each suite includes a living room, kitchen and dining area, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and 4 single bedrooms. Morrisville Commons I also offers extra large suites with deluxe singles at a slightly higher rate.

Cost (Fall 2009 / Spring 2010)

Morrisville Commons Single: $3750 per semester
Morrisville Commons Super Single: $3900 per semester

Residents of Commons I & II have the option to choose a commuter meal plan instead of the required meal plan for dorms.

Residence hall with required meal plan: $4455 - $5235
