Morrisville Commons II

Fall '09 Room Selection is now available for MAC's newest complex, Commons II - a 228 bed facility featuring 57 suites with modern furnishings and brand new appliances, including flat-top stoves and extra-large showers.

Located on South Street, the building is complete with a large recreation lounge, lounge space on each floor, washers and dryers on each floor, wireless and wired internet connection throughout as well as a live-in apartment manager and resident assistants.

All apartment residences are open to freshman as well as upperclassmen!

Morrisville Commons

The original Morrisville Commons is an attractive option to returning students with similar features to Commons II: same sex housing by apartment with suites including a living room, kitchen and dining area, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and 4 single bedrooms. Morrisville Commons also offers extra large suites with deluxe singles at a slightly higher rate.

Convenient billing and commuter meal plan options makes either The Morrisville Commons or Commons II a great choice. All features are included in your room rate added to your college bill.

Honors House

In addition to Commons apartments, MAC also operates the Honors House - an historic residential house with all single bedrooms. The house is complete with two full kitchens and a washer and dryer.

Nearby parking is available at no cost. A campus meal plan is not required but recommended. Located on Eaton Street near the Morrisville Post Office.
