Orientation Information

Our tables are open from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm in STUAC during Orientation.
The Campus Store is located across from STUAC on the lower level of the Butcher Library.

Our tables include:

  • ID Cards: Get your photo taken. You will be able to pick up your ID on welcome weekend.
  • Meal Plans: Information about the different meal plans, what they cost and their limitations (if any)
  • Campus Store: The campus store offers various merchandise, and also has a reward program based on your purchases.
  • Tech Center: Information about our laptop program and cell phone service.
  • Job Opportunities: We offer many part time jobs to students around campus. Visit this table to put in your application.

You must get your college ID picture taken. Your ID card is a necessity - it will give you access to dining halls, dorms, the library, computers and more. The line will be long so please remember to get your picture taken early.

College ID

Be sure to pick up your college ID!

Your college ID is not just an ordinary ID card! It is a high-tech, multipurpose identification and transaction card. Your picture is on your card for security purposes.

The College ID card is used for:

  • Mustang Money Debit Card System
  • Meal Plans
  • Dining Plus Accounts
  • Faculty & Staff Charge Accounts
  • Library Card
  • Identification Card
  • Computer Access
  • Resident Hall Security Access

You may want to pick up an ID holder as well, which can attach to your lanyard or key chain. If you lose your ID card you will be charged $5 for a replacement!

Meal Plans

On Campus Students

Students living on campus must pick either a 17, 14, 12, or 10 meal plan.

  • 17 Meal Plan: $1,895.00
    17 per week, $325.00 in Dining Plus Points and 5 guest meals.
  • 14 Meal Plan: $1,895.00
    14 per week, $450.00 in Dining Plus Points and 5 guest meals.
  • 12 Meal Plan: $1,895.00
    12 per week, $545.00 in Dining Plus Points and 5 guest meals.
  • 10 Meal Plan: $1,895.00
    10 per week, $620.00 in Dining Plus Points and 5 guest meals.

Off Campus Students

Students living off campus may pick from the list above or below.

  • 7 Meal Plan: $1,050.00
    7 per week and $250.00 in Dining Plus Points.
  • 5 Meal Plan: $825.00
    5 per week and $225.00 in Dining Plus Points.
  • 4 Meal Plan: $665.00
    4 per week and $185.00 in Mustang Money.
  • Commuter Plan: $460.00
    $460.00 in Mustang Money.
  • Dining Plus Account: $450.00
    $450.00 in Dining Plus Points.

Dining Plus is a declining balance account good for food purchases at our dining locations. Mustang Money is a declining balance debit account for purchases at our campus locations and some downtown merchants.

Laptops and Cell Phones

Laptops: ThinkPad University

Morrisville State College's ThinkPad University program provides each student with a laptop. The laptops are integrated into many Morrisville State College courses and throughout the campus. Using Raylink wireless mobile technology, students can access information anywhere on campus. This not only includes academic buildings, but also residence halls, dining facilities, lounges, and even outside!

Cell Phones: Nextel

All students living on campus will be given a Nextel phone to use so they can make local and campus calls. You'll always have a connection!

MAC's Tech Center

MAC's facility handles Lenovo/IBM laptop computer sales, service contracts and operates a full service Lenovo/IBM Warranty and Repair Shop. Additionally, the Technology Center maintains NEXTEL mobile phone distribution, phone contracts, phone upgrades and serves the campus with a NEXTEL Authorized Service Center.

Job Opportunities

Apply for a part time job with MAC! Each year as many as 200 students are employed in various MAC facilities with the average weekly employment consisting of 4-20 hours per week.

MAC employs students at Nelson Farms, Seneca Dining Hall, STIX, Mustang Alley, The Pit Stop and Morrisville Iceplex.

What Kinds of Jobs Does MAC Offer?

Skate Guards, Ice Resurfaces, Pro-Shop Salespeople, Food Servers, Prep Cooks, Grill Station Cooks, Dish room Attendants, Dining Room Monitors, Production Assistants and many Seasonal positions.

How Much Does MAC Pay?
